We cannot thank you enough for coming out and looking at our home. We knew we had issues and that the contractors and builders had not been honest with us but having your thorough inspection put the validity to our suspicions. Now we hope that we can work toward a resolution and get the problems fixed. He didn’t just rush through the inspection. He spent a lot of time dedicated to each and every little area to ensure everything was captured for us and we thank you so very much for that. We also have to send a thank you to his wife, because when we sent them an email about our problems they were on vacation. Bless them both, she called us right up (in the middle of their vacation) to let us know that they would be willing to help us out. Not many people would do that. I needed a new construction home inspection at the last minute due to concerns, they were able to come within 18hrs of my request!! He did an amazing job with all needed information & could site any code violation for the report. He answered all my questions & concerns & gave me great advice! After his inspection I did close on the home & I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable in my decision. Anyone buying a home (new or used) should ALWAYS get an inspection. very thorough and was able to provide a good picture of the work needed for the home we are considering. He caught a few major things we were unaware of, one of which being the septic inspection, that are a larger issue than we had expected. And he freed a trapped squirrel in the house!!
